Originally from Spain, Rocio came to Ireland in 2013. Her teaching experience began in Spain as a primary school teacher, then she proceeded as a theatre and art teacher and as an SNA working with children with additional learning needs. After moving to Ireland Rocio began working as a Montessori teacher.

Rocio joined the teaching staff of Dublin Steiner School in 2018 and feels very fortunate to call it her home and learn from the amazing children here. Additionally Rocio has always had a passion for sewing, which led her to study fashion, costume design and textile printing at NCAD.

Rocio became a mother in 2020 and now has two children. She really enjoys being part of the Steiner community as a teacher and as a parent.
