Pauline Vincey

French Language Teacher

Masters: Applied Foreign Languages to the European and emerging markets (English/Spanish) in Université Paris X, Nanterre

Pauline grew up in Paris and moved in Ireland in 2013.

She has worked in many global companies in marketing, sales and finance departments in France, Spain and Ireland. She has always had a passion for foreign languages: she is fluent in Spanish and English. Charlemagne declared: “To have another language is to possess a second soul.”

When she gave birth to her first child, she realised how much she cherishes her mother-tongue and found that teaching would be an exciting opportunity to explore.

Pauline is dedicated to teaching French and sharing the love and importance of culture with all the children. Her classes include lots of fun activities and cultural themed lessons. The most effective way for children to learn is through play – which is why her emphasis is on fun!

Lesson topics and activities are age-appropriate, familiar and interesting to the children to ensure maximum engagement and involvement. What’s more, sessions are full of song and dance, movement and music, rhymes and mimes, stories and games galore. She is convinced that the early years really are the best time to introduce a new language in order to mould the language-learning pathways and equip children with language learning tools for later life.

Pauline has a passion for cooking, new recipes and is a real foodie. She loves doing yoga and spending time outside with her loved ones. When she can, she loves travelling to France to enjoy spending time with her family and friends.
