Carolina is from Bogotá, Colombia. She has a strong passion for early childhood education and has had the privilege of working as a preschool teacher for 10 years. During her journey, she has had the wonderful opportunity to take on different roles in schools, where she gained valuable insights to enhance the educational experience for both students and fellow educators. She loves teaching and providing strategies from a place of love because she believes that every child is unique in their developmental journey. For that reason, she creates learning scenarios that allow kids to apply knowledge in a real context by interacting and playing.

Since she was trained in mindfulness, Carolina integrates this into her classrooms. It fosters a sense of calm and emotional regulation among young children, improving focus. Through simple mindfulness activities, kids can develop self-awareness and build better social connections.

She is absolutely convinced that there are certain activities that everybody should engage in more frequently, such as spending time in nature, smiling more, interacting with positive people, and giving more hugs from the heart. These are some of the best ways to achieve happiness.
